Noah

Noah is positively blind but we’re pretty sure he can hear. Being in the same room he turns to where a noise is made.

Volunteer’s comments:  I move and call his name and he turns towards me.  He’s very sweet and needs some loving but he does have something about single-socked feet. Once I put on a second fluffy pair of socks he shows no further interest in nipping.  He wants to be up, so he allows me to lift his outstretched body up onto my lap or collar. He likes to be held but I make sure to move slowly around him so as not to startle him. We spend time with him when he’s awake and we are home.  I’ve also taken him outside a few times now with a harness on.  He is very interested in all the smells everywhere but lets me know when he’s had enough or feels frightened or unsure…he wants up.  I hold him a while and talk to him until he seems to calm down. If it’s too much for him we head inside.

Noah is probably 3 plus years old.

Noah has passed away, it was quite sudden.
